National Sales & Marketing Manager

Wintek Corporation is currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to develop new sales, manage our existing sales force, and help guide the company's growth. A mid-management level position, we are recruiting a strategic thinker who is looking to increase responsibilities. This person would be responsible for direct sales as well as management of a small sales force. Independence, initiative, and a 'make it happen' attitude will be rewarded.
The ideal candidate:
o Has over 10 years experience in strategic, consultative selling of process equipment in the biodiesel, chemical, environmental, food, pharmaceutical, and plastics industries.
o Has experience in managing and motivating a small team of high-level salespeople.
o Is self-motivated, an independent worker, and a strategic thinker.
o Is an excellent communicator.
o Has excellent presentation and closing skills.
o Has an ME or ChemE B.S. degree, coupled with an MBA.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
o Assist in the formulation, and continual review, of the strategic objectives of the company as well as create tactical strategies to meet those objectives.
o Formulate and implement Sales and Marketing strategies to facilitate the strategic objectives of the company, including growth objectives.
o Direct, manage, and implement all Sales and Marketing activities including market analysis, direct sales calls, oversight and training of sales personnel, and customer follow-up.
o Development of incentive/compensation plans for salespeople.
o Sell directly to targeted customers, markets or territories.
o Present/Close major projects with sales force.
o Provide progress reports of all Sales and Marketing activities on a regular basis.
o Review and negotiate customer's commercial requirements.
o Create and/or review quotations/proposals/pricing as required to meet the customer's requirements while limiting our risk and exposure.
o Assist in the creation and review of our policies and procedures for measurement and control of growth and profitability of our organization.
o Assist in the review and control of selling/marketing expenses to optimize our selling efficiency, while minimizing our financial exposure.
o Other duties, as directed by the President/CEO.
The compensation is based on experience and capability, with potential for considerable commissions/bonuses. We also offer a very generous benefit package including fully paid health coverage for the employee, bonuses, tuition reimbursement for approved coursework, and a pension/profit sharing plan.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
